1.12 Deploy SDW for general usage

• To allow SDW to be executed by the general user community, issue the following GRANT:
  
  GRANT EXECUTE ON PLAN RDXPLAN TO PUBLIC;
  
• You can add @SDW command to your own panel, as shown below:
